difference between E-passport and normal passport...

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN E-PASSPORT

AND NORMAL PASSPORT?

A normal passport does not have a microchip, an E-passport contains a RFIC chip [radio frequency identification] which can be read without actually needing to look into the document. The ePassport's chip is of the type "Write-Once, Read-Many" that is sometimes stated using the ugly WORM acronym. Once personalized with the passport holder's data, the content of chip cannot be changed.

E-passport

Passport Canada released the chip embedded Canadian ePassport to all Canadians

difference between GPS and navigation

what is the difference between GPS and navigation?

GPS tracking system means to locate one thing including person, vehicle, pet etc to know its correct location. The important point is that the locating data is real-time transmitted and it can receive via cell phone and internet. And the methods to inquire are various and simple. In addition, you can also learn the speed and tracking history. Moreover, SOS and monitor function are the basic.
Therefore, it can use widely, such as tracking children, elder, vehicles for missing and used in taxi, bus, logistic area for better management.
Navigation is usually used for people who not know the road very well. Through navigation, driver can know the direction to destination. When you drive to the wrong direction, it can help you to rerouting. It’s a good tool for travelling. But it
cannot read the vehicle travelling history. And the quality of GPS is decided by the accuracy of map in it. Old version or simple map may mislead drivers.

There is an example that an American guy drive into sea because of the misleading of navigation.
